Strategy
The Peacekeeper is looking to gain momentum off a Dash Attack or parry, inflict Bleed and then either pressure the opponent with quick Light Attacks and Guardbreak, or retreat. A rather simple game plan that requires good reactions and spacing to master.
Dashing Thrust into Deep Gouge is the best way for this Assassin to close distant quickly and apply Bleed from a decent range, however it might be dangerous in some matchups as it can be parried with some effort. Likewise the Sidestep Strike can be combo'd into Deep Gouge while simultaneously evading certain Attacks.
Peacekeepers are guaranteed a Guardbreak after a parry if the opponent is in range or can use their Side Dashes to safely attempt one. After Guardbreaking you can inflict Bleed by timing your Stabs evenly or preferably with enough stamina you can knockdown from kicks and follow up with Dashing Thrust into Deep Gouge.
